Working with CMAS has made me a better person because I am more mature now and the reason for that is they have gave me responsibilities. Also working with CMAS they have helped me with my self-esteem by talking to me and always being there for me when I needed someone.

Sovereign has been very pleased to work in partnership with CMAS on pre-tenancy work with our new younger residents at <location>. CMAS have been excellent at organising the event and running a workshop with fifteen young people. Ben joined Brizen delivering youth services in September 2013, taking over from our previous provider…. we were aware of Ben’s excellent work within the Brockworth Project, and from the outset at the interview process the Management Committee felt very comfortable and enthused by Ben’s positive presentation on his vision for the future at Brizen…his communication skills and reporting bulletins are exemplary; he provides us with a detailed report each month and a presentation at our committee meeting each quarter…his professionalism in taking on this role and commitment to adding value to youth services is first class, through his efforts the youth attendance has increased by 27%, coupled with the fact that the 2 youth workers we employ are far happier under his leadership than the previous incumbent, we know from the feedback we receive that his man management approach is another reason for the continued success we enjoy.
